I didn't really see Japan until I left it.
During a working holiday year in Vancouver, I kept hearing how people from all over the world saw Japan, from the food to the quiet details we take for granted.
It made me proud, and it made me want to share it in my own words.
So I came back to Kyoto and started Japan with Me, as a bridge between locals and the people who visit.
I'll show you the famous sights at the right time, plus my own favorite spots: the small shops, restaurants and cafes I actually go to.
I'll translate so you can walk in and connect with the people behind them.
Think of me as your local big brother in Kyoto.
